LANSING, Ill. (November 10, 2023) – It is a Lansing tradition to observe Veterans Day on the Sunday before November 11, but with the holiday falling on Saturday this year, it made more sense to schedule the service on November 12. Josh and Melanie stopped at the Lansing Veterans Memorial to highlight some of the items on this year’s program:
The Veterans Sunday service is held at the Lansing Veterans Memorial, on the southeast corner of Burnham Avenue and Glenwood-Lansing Road. The Memorial can be accessed by turning into the Lynnie Ques parking lot.
