LANSING, Ill. (February 25, 2024) – Normally a Lovin’ the Latte photo includes people actually enjoying a Lansing Journal Latte. However, Melanie Jongsma and Missy Krygsheld’s early-morning walk brought them to Kdulche Cafe too early — the bistro wasn’t yet open. So they did the next best thing and marked their visit with a photo of a photo of the signature drink.

Located at 3521 Ridge Road in Lansing, Kdulche Cafe opens at 9 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday.

What’s a Lansing Journal Latte?

The Lansing Journal Latte is a signature beverage created by Kdulche owner Eduardo Zepeda. The blend of caramel, chocolate, and vanilla flavors celebrates Lansing’s friendly diversity, and the rich espresso and cream evoke Lansing’s only newspaper.

The beverage is available only in Lansing, Illinois, only at Kdulche Cafe.
