LANSING, Ill. (January 21, 2024) — A Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect at 9 a.m. Monday, with a mix of snow and ice expected in portions of northeast Illinois. A high of 32 degrees is forecast, but not until 9 p.m., when the precipitation will turn to rain.
