Local Sierra Club to host ‘Birding in the Fall’

Monday, October 9, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. via Zoom or in person at Frankfort Public Library

CHICAGO, Ill. (October 2, 2023) – Sierra Club’s Sauk-Calumet Group will host a hybrid in-person/Zoom meeting on Monday, October 9, beginning at 7:15 p.m. The program — Birding in the Fall — will feature Lanie Rambo from the Sand Ridge Nature Center.

Rambo will share information about migration patterns, local birding spots, and particular species to look for during the fall season. Meeting attendees will also be encouraged to share their own tips.

The Frankfort Public Library is located at 21119 Pfeiffer Road (corner of Pfeiffer Rd. and Rt. 30), about a mile east of LaGrange Road on Rt. 30 in Frankfort, Illinois.
