LANSING, Ill. (September 19, 2023) – The September 21 meeting of the Lansing Public Library Board of Trustees begins at 6 p.m. in the quiet study area of the library.

    1. Discussion of the Capital Facilities Report: Dan Ellonardo and Darren Schretter
  10. New Business
    1. Motion to approve the disposal of 2 Samsung cell phones, 20 acrylic magazine boxes, 2 black side server panels, 1 brother typewriter, 3 broken plastic blue chairs, 1 HP elite 800 G6 all-in-one-pc
    2. Motion to approve the sale of 5 dream carts and 3 sewing cabinets
    3. Motion to approve the purchase of the ArkPro touch table for $8,750.00
    4. Motion to approve the purchase of 11 new laptops for class work for $7,490.78
    5. Motion to approve the updated 2023 Lansing Public Library Meeting Room Policy
    6. Motion to approve the updated 2023 Lansing Public Library VESSA Policy
    7. Motion to approve the IRS mileage update from 62.5 cents to 65.5 cents
    8. First reading and tabling of the 2023 Lansing Public Library’s Staff Recognition policy
