Marjorie G. Visser, nee Fischer, age 96, of Treasure Island, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023. Loving mother of Linda (Jim) Miedema, Don (Melody) Visser, and Larry (Cindy) Visser. Cherished grandmother of Jim (Peter Garzelloni) Miedema, Jennifer (Glenn Sheldrake) Miedema, Jonathon (Jessica) Miedema, Julie (Phil) Krooswyk, Brad (Kate) Visser, Brian (Steffani Aliceaacosta) Visser, Kristen Visser, Mark Visser, Candace (Michael) Hawthorne, Ryan (Travis Wimsett) Visser, and Allison (Eric) Anfinson; great-grandmother of Alexa, Tyler, Grayson, Allison, Carson, Jace, and Reed. Dear sister of the late Lucy (late Rennie) Kampstra, late Carole (late Ted) Jelderks. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents John and Jennie Fischer. Marjorie was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Visitation Tuesday, September 19, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN with Rev. Mark Morris officiating.
