LANSING, Ill. (June 23, 2023) – The Village of Lansing Board of Fire and Police Commissioners is seeking new Lansing police officers.
The next police test is scheduled for Saturday, July 8. Application packets are available on the Village of Lansing website, www.VillageofLansing.org.
Completed applications and all required documents must be returned to the Lansing Municipal Center, 3141 Ridge Rd., by 5 p.m. on July 5.
“The Lansing Police Department is seeking individuals that want to make a career out of their passion for protecting and serving,” said Chief of Police Al Phillips. “We are a premier agency in the South Suburbs of Chicago that focuses on community policing and serving our community. We have many opportunities for specialty positions including emergency response teams, K-9 handler, investigations, and more.”
