LANSING, Ill. (June 14, 2024) – The June 17 Regular Board meeting and Committee of the Whole meeting of the Lan-Oak Park District have been canceled, according to a public notice.
Typically, park district commissioners meet on the third Monday of each month.
A reason for the cancelation was not provided to The Lansing Journal, and it’s unclear if the meeting will be rescheduled.

Very curious. Didn’t the park district cancel their board meeting the first time you published about them threatening legal action? It sounds as if they do not want to be held accountable for their actions.
