Male Athlete Spotlight for February 5-10
Eion Ikner, TF South boys basketball
The junior scored a team-high 18 points in a 60-55 loss to Eisenhower. He also had two points, four rebounds, and four blocks in a 51-30 defeat against TF North.
Female Athlete Spotlight for February 5-10
Rayvan Rush, TF South girls basketball
The senior had a program-record 14 steals along with 20 points, four rebounds. and seven assists in a 91-12 win against Eisenhower. She also had 17 points and four rebounds in a 44-42 win against TF North, and contributed eight points, two rebounds, four assists. and two steals in a 59-34 victory vs. Bremen. Additionally, the Southwestern Michigan recruit was named South Suburban Blue Player of the Year.
