Male Athlete Spotlight for January 1-6
Karter Thomas, TF South boys bowling
The senior was the top local individual at the South Suburban Blue Tournament, finishing sixth with a pinfall of 1,205 (200.9 average).
Female Athlete Spotlight for January 1-6
Gabrielle McClain, TF North girls basketball
The junior scored 22 points in a 74-31 loss to Schaumburg and had 18 points in a 44-38 win against Wheeling.
