Upcoming events at Hard Rock Live

GARY, Ind. (November 7, 2023) – Since it opened in 2021, Hard Rock Live, located at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana in Gary, has hosted music, comedy, and other events — bringing some of the largest stars of the entertainment industry to the local community.

The following is the list of upcoming performances taking the stage at Hard Rock Live. Please note that this list us current as of this writing, and may change in the coming months.

Jay Leno

November 11, 7 p.m.

Acclaimed TV late night show host, admired stand-up comedian, best-selling children’s book author, much-in-demand corporate speaker, TV and movie voice-over artist, pioneering car builder and mechanic, and philanthropist… Jay Leno is widely characterized as “the hardest working man in show business.” Jay Leno’s late night television ratings domination included two decades as the host of the #1-rated “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” — after the first two years Jay Leno never lost a single ratings year in which he served as host.

The Best of the Duets

November 25, 8:30 p.m.

This Vietnamese showcase will feature performances from Le Quyen, Dan Truong, Quang Le, and Bang Kieu.

Blue October with special guest VEERS

November 30, 7 p.m.

Rather than lean on destiny for direction, Blue October invents and inhabits a future all their own. The platinum-certified alternative quartet from Houston, TX — Justin Furstenfeld (vocals, guitar, songwriter), Jeremy Furstenfeld (drums), Ryan Delahoussaye (violin, mandolin, piano), and Matt Noveskey (bass) — consistently evolves with an outlier perspective. December 5, 6 p.m.

MESHUGGAH stand alone. The most inventive and creative metal band of the last 30 years and one of the most widely revered, MESHUGGAH have been standard bearers for forward-thinking creativity in heavy music throughout their illustrious careers.

Elvis Tribute Artist Spectacular – Birthday Edition

January 6, 2024, 7 p.m.

Elvis Tribute Artist Spectacular Birthday Edition is an Era-by-Era tribute concert celebrating the music and magic of Elvis Presley. The concert begins with the early rock-a-billy, the military years, the movie years, the ’68 comeback special in black leather and the show closes with the Las Vegas concert years.

Ron White

January 20, 2024, 7 p.m.

Renowned comedian Ron White, affectionately known as “Tater Salad,” catapulted into the limelight as the cigar-wielding, scotch-savoring humorist who stole the spotlight within the Blue Collar Comedy Tour phenomenon. Yet, his trajectory has evolved into an extraordinary journey, one where he has risen to chart-topping Grammy-nominated comic and a captivating feature film actor.

The Commodores and The Spinners

January 26, 2024, 7 p.m.

For three decades, the Commodores have remained a force in the music industry. “The Legends of Motown”, “Hit, After Hit, After Hit”, “Grammy Award Winners”, “All The Emotion, All the Excitement”, “If You Haven’t Seen Them Live, You Haven’t Heard The Commodores”. The Commodores aren’t just any group. They have staying power. Just like their hit song “Brick House,” the Commodores have created a foundation that just won’t budge.

Timeless in a way that few other acts are, The Spinners are one of the most iconic and enduring groups in R&B history. With a towering legacy spanning over six decades, The Spinners have never lost their universal appeal. January 27, 2024, 7 p.m.

Tim Allen is the star of the hit sitcom “Last Man Standing.” He reprised his role as Buzz Lightyear in Disney’s “Toy Story 4,” which opened #1 at the box office on June 21, 2019. In 2017, he starred in the Netflix dark comedy “El Camino Christmas.”

Allen continues to perform stand-up shows to sold-out crowds across the country. He honed his talents as a stand-up comic throughout the eighties, providing the perfect lead-in to his highly successful ABC television series “Home Improvement” where he garnered a Golden Globe Award, an Emmy nomination, and was honored with the People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Male Performer in a Television Series” for an unprecedented eight years in a row.

Marlon Wayans

February 2, 2024, 7 p.m.

Marlon Wayans is an actor, producer, comedian, writer and film director. His films have grossed more than $736-million in domestic box office and $1-billion in global box office. As a standup comedian, he is selling out nationwide and adding shows every weekend. Wayans can currently be seen in Netflix’s THE CURSE OF BRIDGE HOLLOW which he produced and stars in.

George Lopez: Alllriiiighhttt!

February 3, 2024, 7 p.m.

George Lopez’s illustrious and multi-faceted career encompasses television, film, standup comedy, and late-night television. Lopez begins shooting the pilot for his upcoming NBC comedy Lopez vs Lopez featuring his real-life daughter, Mayan Lopez later this fall. The sitcom about a blue-collar family premiered in 2022.

Rod Stewart

February 10, 2024, 7 p.m.

British icon Rod Stewart is among the best-selling music artists of all time, with 10 number-one albums and 31 top-ten singles in the UK. In 2008, Stewart was ranked as the 17th most successful artist of all time by Billbaord Magazine. As a soloist, Stewart was inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994, and again in 2012 as a member of the band Faces.

Hannah Berner

March 1, 2024, 7 p.m.

One of JFL’s 2022 New Faces, Hannah Berner emerged on the comedy scene by directing, editing, and acting in videos on Instagram and writing viral tweets. She has two podcasts, Giggly Squad and Berning In Hell, with over 20 million combined downloads. She was a cohost on Bravo’s Chat Room, as well as a member of Bravo’s Summer House for three seasons, and has over 3.3 million followers across her social media platforms. She currently performs standup in NYC and at clubs and theaters all around the country.

Chelsea Handler: Little Big Bitch Tour

April 26, 2024, 7 p.m.

Chelsea Handler is a comedian, television host, New York Times best-selling author and advocate whose humor and candor have established her as one of the most celebrated voices in entertainment and pop culture. After a strong seven-year run as the host of E!’s top-rated Chelsea Lately, a tenure in which she was the only female late-night talk show host on-air, she launched her documentary series Chelsea Does followed by her talk show Chelsea on Netflix in 2016.

An Intimate Evening with David Foster and Katharine McPhee

May 4, 2024, 7 p.m.

David Foster is one of the most illustrious composers of our time. With 16 Grammy Awards, including three for Producer of the Year, an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe, and Three Oscar nominations for “Best Original Songs,” Foster has earned a reputation as a keen spotter of new talent, playing a key role in the discovery and career launches of Celine Dion, Josh Groban, and Michael Bublé.

Katharine McPhee is one of a handful of artists who takes the lead in a career that includes film, television, Broadway, recording and concert tours. Katharine first burst onto the scene in 2006, during a successful run on Season 5 of American Idol, that made her a household name. Katharine is renowned for her powerhouse presence, and show-stopping performances. Her recordings have topped the charts in multiple genres including pop, jazz and adult contemporary.

July 19, 2024, 6:30 p.m.
