Kelly’s high GPA earns her spot on list

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (July 8, 2023) – The University of Illinois Springfield has released the Dean’s List for the spring semester of 2023. A total of 678 students were selected, with 95 students in the College of Business and Management; 320 students in the College of Health, Science, and Technology; 103 students in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences; 125 students in the College of Public Affairs and Education; and 35 non-degree seeking or undecided students.
Ameenah Kelly was the only Lansing resident to appear on the list. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students like Kelly must be an undergraduate who took at least eight graded semester hours, maintained a grade-point average of at least 3.75 for the semester, and had no incomplete grades awarded for the semester.
