Local Sierra Club to host ‘Climate Change in Photographs’

FRANKFORT, Ill. (December 9, 2022) – The Sauk-Calumet Sierra Club Group will be having its next meeting on Monday, December 12, 7:15 p.m. on the Zoom online platform. The program will be, “Climate Change in Photographs.”

Participants will see photographs that document climate change and will find out more about the professionals recording changes happening in the natural world.

All meetings are free and open to Sierra Club members as well as the general public. Those interested in joining the program virtually can use this link to register:

January 2023 meeting

The January 2023 meeting is the annual Members’ Slides night. Sierra Club members who wish to show their photos of nature from 2022 are encouraged to start getting them ready. More information about what formats photos should be submitted in, and where to send them, will be shared in December.
