LANSING, Ill. (June 25, 2022) – LARC will host its annual golf outing on Friday, August 12 at Youche Country Club in Crown Point, Indiana.
LARC is a non-profit organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and works to help such individuals achieve a quality and engaging life by participating as contributing members of their community.
“LARC on the Links” will include 18 holes of golf, lunch, games, and contests, including over $30,000 in hole-in-one prizes. A recognition dinner is also included. Tickets for both golf and dinner are $200 per person, while dinner-only tickets are $65.
In addition to golfers and dinner guests, LARC is also looking for sponsorships, ranging from $175 to $3,500.
According to a press release about the event, “All proceeds will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in essential services that provide job training and employment, daily life skills enrichment, senior activities, 24-hour self-directed support, and special recreation.”
