February 7, 1952 – March 19, 2023
Adrian Allen Heimann, 71, of Lansing, IL, left us to be with the Lord on March 19, 2023. Adrian was born February 7, 1952. He is survived by his loving friend and caregiver of 20 years, Sherry Fanelli. Adrian is also survived by his sister Connie Heimann, special friend Genevieve of Dixmoor, IL, and cousins Allan and Danny.
Adrian was preceded in death by his father Charles Heimann and mother Theresa Heimann as well as his cousin Rodger.
Adrian was a devoted member of St Ann Church of Lansing, IL, and Carmelite Fathers of Munster, IN. “For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:13)
He loved to fish and visit the pond at The Knights of Columbus in Lansing. He worked with birds and animals at Fin and Feather Pet Store. He graduated from TF South High School, Class of 1970. He joined the Marines in 1974. He then attended and worked at South Suburban College in the paint department, and he worked at RAAN Marketing for several years. Adrian was a photographer and loved to help others. He will be dearly missed.
Funeral Mass will be held at St Ann Church/All Souls Parish (3010 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL 60438) on Saturday, April 29, 2023, 10 a.m. Interment will take place at a later day at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Any donations can be made to All Souls Church.
