Bruce Gibbs Pritchard, age 80, of Griffith, IN, formerly of Thornton, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Beloved husband of Cynthia Pritchard, nee Swets. Loving father of Emily (Bill) McNamara and Eric (Elizabeth) Pritchard. Devoted grandfather of William McNamara, Noe and Joanna Pritchard. Dear brother of Art (Jenny) Pritchard. Preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Helen Pritchard. Dear son-in-law of Yvonne and the late Arie Swets. Brother-in-law of Gerald (Sandi) Swets, John Swets, and Bill (Connie) Swets. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bruce was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday, March 17, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 5 p.m. at Faith Church, 100 W. 81st Avenue, Dyer, IN. Memorial donations may be given to Providence Hospice or Alzheimer’s Association.
