TF South Cross Country takes second – and other fall scores

LANSING, Ill. (October 9, 2022) — Below are the most recent scores for the TF South Red Wolves:

Football

Friday, October 7

Opponent: Bremen High School

Result: TFS lost to Bremen 27-14

TFS’ two scores came on two Christian Streeter passes, one to Anthony Listenbee for 74 yards, and the other to DeShawn Hampton for 83 yards. Edgar Rodgriguez kicked both extra points. Brandon Woods had one fumble recovery and Kenyon Peoples and Cortez Jones each notched 10 tackles.

Girls Swimming

Wednesday, October 5

Opponents: Oak Forest High School

Result: TF United lost to Oak Forest 70-13.

Freshman Jamya White won the 100 Breaststroke, posting a career best time.

Result: TF South took fourth place in the match (Lemont – 31, Reavis – 33, Tinley Park – 127, TFS – 137)

Girls Volleyball

Result: TFS fell to Shepard (25-14, 26-24)

Nyrobi Moore had five kills. Aniah Johnson had 14 blocks.

Tuesday, October 4

Opponent: Argo High School

Result: TFS lost to Argo (15-25, 25-19, 29-19)

Kyndall Jackson had nine kills. Taylor Clark had five assists and 10 service points. The team’s overall record is now 6-16, with a 1-8 conference record.
