LANSING, Ill. (July 14, 2022) – The Village of Lansing is a day away from debuting Palooza at the Pointe, an event village officials hope will be a signature annual festival at Fox Pointe.
The three-day festival will start Friday at 6 p.m. at Fox Pointe, located at 18138 Henry Street. Not only is the event the first Village-sponsored event of its kind to occur at Fox Pointe, it will be the first in the venue’s short history to charge a $5 fee for each day of admission. Attendees under age 12 will be free.

The event will also feature a second stage on the north lawn of Fox Pointe, where “a variety of musical and non-musical performers” will appear, according to a post on Fox Pointe’s Facebook page. The second stage will only host performers on Saturday and Sunday.
The concession stand, which is run through Ace Catering, will be open throughout the Palooza, and other food will be available through vendors such as J.J. Kelley’s, Lynnie Ques, and Punz Barbeque. One Trick Pony will also be present at the event to provide beer in addition to the normal concession drink offerings.
A digital selfie station will be available for free throughout the event.
