LANSING, Ill. (May 27, 2022) – Today IDPH reported 36,843 new confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 45 deaths since May 20, 2022.
Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 3,286,377 cases, including 33,806 deaths, in 102 counties in Illinois since the beginning of the pandemic.
The counties listed at High Community Level are Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Will, Grundy, Boone, Lee, and Winnebago in Northern Illinois, and Fulton, Knox, Henderson, Mason, Peoria, and Tazewell in Central Illinois.
