Energy assistance and resource fair coming to Lansing Library on April 22

LANSING, Ill. (April 20, 2022) – The Village of Lansing and Nicor Gas will be presenting information to the public regarding billing assistance, energy-saving products, and other social assistance programs on Friday, April 22.

The resource fair will take place at the Lansing Public Library at 10 a.m. and last until 1 p.m.

According to a flyer for the event, representatives from Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County (CEDA) and The Salvation army will also be present at the event.

In addition to billing and energy assistance, the event will provide information on housing, food, and social service assistance.

Refreshments will be provided, and the first 50 attendees will receive free giveaway bags.

The Lansing Public Library is located at 2750 Indiana Avenue.
