LANSING, Ill. (April 14, 2022) – Storms will leave the area early Thursday morning, and temps will drop to the high 30s before sunrise. A wind advisory issued by the US National Weather Service is in effect from 10 a.m. through 7 p.m. “Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects,” the advisory reads. “Tree limbs could be blown down, and a few power outages may result.” Lansing residents are encouraged to secure outdoor objects.
Clouds will mix with sunshine throughout the day. Rain could return in the late evening.
