LANSING, Ill. (March 18, 2022) – This week, Melanie sits down in The Lansing Journal’s newly-painted studio with the man who helped make it possible: Tom Iwema from IKG Property Maintenance. The pair talk IKG, entrepreneurship, and what kind of paint to use for a home project:

Golden Bear Restaurant

The restaurant Tom mentions opened at the north end of Lansing in October of 2021. The Lansing Journal was present at the ribbon-cutting of the business, and Melanie, Josh, and Landon (our intern at the time) were there to document the business’s opening:

Freedom Church

The former home of Illiana Christian High School, Freedom Church benefitted from IKG’s expertise in many ways, as shown in the photos below:
