LANSING, Ill. (March 8, 2022) – On Wednesday, March 9, beginning at 9 a.m., the southbound lane of Burnham Avenue will be closed for a two-block stretch from 186th Street to the railroad tracks for sewer repair work. Northbound traffic on Burnham will still be allowed throughout the day. Every effort will be made to complete all necessary work by the end of the day on March 9. The Village is urging alternate routes for tomorrow for those planning to travel down Burnham Avenue south of 186th Street.
