LANSING, Ill. (February 3, 2022) – By 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, more than 10 inches of snow had landed in Lansing. Travel throughout the day was treacherous, due to powder-covered ice on the roads and blowing snow that reduced visibility. More snow is predicted throughout the day Thursday, and the National Weather Service describes it as “patchy, blowing snow.”
