LANSING, Ill. (February 3, 2022) – Although any thought of baseball or softball is currently buried under inches of snow, registration for the two sports — as well as volleyball — will start this weekend.
Registration will take place at St. John Lutheran Church on both Saturday, February 5, and Saturday, February 19, both running from 10 a.m. to noon. A late registration will be held at the church on Thursday, February 24 from 6–8 p.m. St. John Lutheran Church is located at 18100 Wentworth Avenue in Lansing.
Families of players ages 4–12 are invited to register.
Softball
Lansing Girls Softball players range in age from 4 to 18 in divisions of 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, and 18u and have no restrictions on residency.
Registration fees for 6u are $125; fees for 8u-18u are $190. Families also have the opportunity to reduce their registration fees by $50 for each player by selling discount cards that are given out at registration.
