Edith Burmester, nee Wesse, of South Holland, IL passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Hans Jurgen Burmester. Loving mother of Sylvia (Andy) Tsengouras and the late Barbara Glowacki. Proud grandmother of Nicholas (Heather) Burmester, Joseph Glowacki, Michael Glowacki, Arianna Tsengouras, and Alexia Tsengouras, and great-grandmother of Nicholas, Everleigh, and Oliver.
A private family service will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022, at Smits Funeral Home. Burial to be held at Oakland Memory Lanes, Dolton, IL.
