Video: Food drives, pantries, and generous spirits at Mt. Zion Ministries

by Josh Bootsma

LANSING, Ill. (January 14, 2021) – Mt. Zion Ministries has continued to host its weekly food drives since starting the tradition earlier this year. On Wednesday, January 12, the ministry hosted an extended food giveaway due to Walmart being closed at the time.

Josh and Melanie were on the scene learning about the details of the food giveaways, the micro-pantry on site, and Mt. Zion Ministries.

Walmart was still shut down as we recorded this video. The store was originally closed because of a fire, but has since partially reopened.
