LANSING, Ill. (December 10, 2021) – Each year the Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce hosts a Pancake Breakfast with Santa. This year’s breakfast was held at the American Legion, and the pancakes were flipped by the Lansing Copper Muggers. The Lansing Journal stopped by to get the scoop:
