LANSING, Ill. (August 26, 2021) – Phillips Chevrolet has been certified in the J.D. Power 2021 Dealer of Excellence Program for the third year in a row. With three locations in Illinois, including one in Lansing, Phillips was one of 12 car dealerships across the state to achieve the certification.
According to jdpower.com, the certification is awarded to dealerships that are “committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.”
“Phillips Chevrolet was the first and remains the only Chevrolet dealer in Illinois to earn this distinction,” said Curtis Pascarella, President of Phillips Chevrolet. “In one way or another, everyone in this dealership contributes to making our customers happy, and every member of our team shares in this achievement.”
Phillips Chevrolet has served the Chicago area for over 50 years. The Lansing site is located at 17730 Torrence Avenue.
