LANSING, Ill. (July 16, 2021) – Athletes, coaches, and fans are excited to resume fall sports again at TF South after last fall was full of cancellations, limitations, and many rescheduled seasons.
Tryout/start dates and information
Below are the tryout and start dates and time for each fall sport.
Football – Monday, August 9 at 7:45 a.m. — Football practice fields

Registration and physicals
Parents are required to register their students for fall sports using the 8 to 18 web portal. After logging in, click on “begin registration” to start the process and then select “activity” to choose the sport your child will be participating in. Parents should then click select “participant” and then “add a new participant” and fill out the necessary information.
Students participating in athletics need a current up-to-date sports physical. The physicals are good for one year and one month (395 days) from the date of the physical. A sports physical can be downloaded from the T. F. South High School Website. The form must be printed out, completed, and on file in the Athletic Office. The forms can also be picked up from the Athletic Office, at the Visitors Desk, or in the nurse’s office. Athletic physical examinations and registration must be completed by August 9, 2021, in order to participate in boys cross country, girls cross country, girls volleyball, golf, girls tennis, and boys soccer, and by August 12 for girls swimming.
