LANSING, Ill. (March 26, 2021) – The specialized Point of Distribution site set up at TF South to help vaccinate local teachers and school staff has announced it is now open to eligible residents living in High School District 215.
County guidelines are currently limiting vaccinations to individuals in Phases 1A, 1B, or 1B+ of the state of Illinois’ vaccination plan. This includes healthcare workers, frontline essential workers (such as teachers, first responders, grocery store workers, and USPS workers), and individuals ages 16+ with comorbidities and underlying conditions, as well as those with disabilities.
An email sent to the TF South community on Thursday stated, “District 215 encourages all our families and students who are eligible to schedule an appointment right away using the following link. Note that proof of residency and eligibility will be required and minors under age 18 will need a parent/guardian present. The site administers the Pfizer vaccine and those receiving a first dose at TF South will be scheduled for a second dose at their first dose appointment. Enter through Door N-1 when you arrive for your appointment, and be sure to bring proof of residence and vaccine eligibility.”

How about residents of District 215 who are over 65 who need only Pfizer Dose 2? (Dose 1 was received at another Illinois location). Can they sign up for just Dose 2 at TF South?
Does this include 16 and over since it says April 12 but in parentheses is says March
