COVID-19 data and visuals published September 14, 2020

information gathered from the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Cook County Department of Public Health, and the Indiana State Department of Health

LANSING, Ill. (September 14, 2020) – The Lansing Journal partners with HiGeorge to gather and present COVID-19 data from a variety of sources each day. The graphs are “live,” so they are continually updated as new data is released from these sources. For that reason, the numbers within a graph might not match the number in the text of this post, depending on when the post is being viewed.

The current reported cumulative total of COVID-19 cases in Lansing is 768. The current reported cumulative total of COVID-19 deaths is 12. (The Cook County Department of Public Health updates their numbers Monday through Friday.)

IDPH today announced 1,373 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 5 additional confirmed deaths.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today announced that 755 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19, and 2 new confirmed deaths are being reported.

  1. What does it take to prove to people this is not a hoax. Almost 200,000 people dead. More than ANY OTHER country in the world. We do NOT have the largest population in the world! Wear your masks!

    • “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” — Mark 12:31

Proof be told, Apostle Paul puts it this way. “”Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 2:1-5

Seems to me the maskless are neither listening nor reading.
