Closing scheduled on Illiana building

LANSING, Ill. (January 7, 2020) – Last November’s auction of the Lansing property owned by Illiana Christian High School was successful, and a buyer was secured. Representatives from the school, now located in Dyer, Indiana, are reticent to share details about the sale, however, until after the closing later this month.

“We have had some false starts in the past,” said Illiana Principal Peter Boonstra, “so my board has asked me to wait until the sale is completed.”

The property, located at 2261 Indiana Avenue in Lansing, is a 9.5-acre campus that includes the main building, baseball fields, tennis courts, and parking.
