LANSING, Ill. (January 2, 2020) – On January 2, 2020, at approximately 12:12pm, the Lansing Police Department responded to the United Motel, located at 2249 Bernice Road, for an unresponsive subject. Upon arrival, officers located a 77-year-old female who was deceased inside of a room.
The Lansing Police Department is currently conducting a death investigation. The victim has been transported to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. The Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators assisted with processing the scene.
