Joyce was a local artist and took pride in painting two airplanes for the Lansing’s Ford Hanger’s 80th year anniversary. She also worked at American Family in Lansing and greeted everyone with her amazing smile. She was special to so many people and will be greatly missed.
Just found out that my younger dear Cousin Joy Carlson had passed the 15th of October. I always enjoyed the fun days, on visits from Chicago of the memories with Joy growing up in the Lansing area when there were the farms, the enjoyable Old Timer Picnics, with great fireworks. The Dairy Queen that was close by her home for the summer evenings treats. Also Joy became an accomplished Artist through the years and was proud of her art work, which I have a nice painting on a saw blade at home she gave to me. She will always be remembered & in my prayers. May she Rest In Peace. Cousin Bernard Zielinski
