Sample events include:

  • Nitro Circus Live (June 8)
  • Gaelic Park Irish Fest (May 24-27)
  • Frankfort Fall Festival (August 31-September 2)
  • A variety of concerts, Fourth of July celebrations, car shows, parades, and holiday happenings

The Festivals & Events Guide is free and is available from the Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau:

Because new events are added throughout the summer, CSCVB will maintain an up-to-date listing on their website: In addition, festival info is included in the CSCVB app, which can be downloaded on mobile devices through the App Store or Google Play.
