LANSING, Ill. (October 17, 2018) – New Lansing firefighter/paramedics Sebastian Koziel and Joseph LaPorta were introduced during Tuesday’s Village Board meeting.
Interim Fire Chief Michael Templeman introduced his two newest firemen to the board, saying, “We’re glad to have you guys aboard.”
Those present at the meeting applauded for Koziel and LaPorta, who shook the hands of the board members before returning to the gallery.
Both men were sworn in in September.
Lansing Fire Department stations are located at 2710 170th St. and 19300 Burnham Ave. The administrative office is located at 18200 Chicago Avenue.
