Prairie State College to host 2018 Veterans Resources Fair

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. (February 24, 2018) – Prairie State College is hosting a Veterans Resources Fair in the Prairie Center on the college’s main campus at 202 S. Halsted Street in Chicago Heights. Admission to the event is free.

Attendees will be able to talk with representatives from various organizations that provide services to veterans, including benefits counseling and legal assistance. Information about employment and volunteer opportunities and other community resources also will be available, with onsite interviews for those who qualify. Professional head shots will be free for veterans

They receive one-on-one advising throughout the admissions process and continued support throughout their academic career at Prairie State.
