LANSING, Ill. (October 27, 2017) – The wind was cold, but the coffee was hot and the fellowship was warm at the Dunkin’ Donuts in north Lansing. The Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce organized a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and Owner Sanjay Tilva welcomed Mayor Eidam, Clerk Vivian Payne, several Village Trustees, members of the business community, and drummers from the TF South High School Band who performed for the event. Tilva presented a $400 donation to the band director.

Tilva also presented $250 and 200 Free Medium Hot Coffee coupons to Lifesource, the blood donation center that shares space in the plaza. Lifesource will make the coupons available to blood donors at the Lansing location, as an enticement to donate blood during the colder weather.

Attenders also received a gift bag that included a Dunkin Donuts mug and some stretch bands from the Chicago Bears Monster Squad.

The new Dunkin Donuts is located at 17050 Torrence Avenue.
