HIGHLAND, Ind. (October 11, 2018) – Brides Across America is celebrating their 10-year anniversary with an “Operation Wedding Gown” event at Highland’s Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear (2820 Highway Avenue, Highland, Indiana).

Since 2008, Brides Across America has given over 20,000 free wedding gowns to military and first responder brides during Operation Wedding Gown events at participating bridal salons nationwide. Events are typically held in July (around Independence Day) and November (around Veterans Day).

On November 6 and 7 they are coming to Highland, Indiana. Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear will be hosting the event, and military and first responder brides-to-be are encouraged to register at www.bridesacrossamerica.com.

Some qualifications apply. The Brides Across America registration page explains that, in general, all military brides/fiancés and first responder brides/fiancés qualify, but certain documentation is needed.

Representatives from Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear add, “Military and First Responders that have served in the past five years qualify; brides must bring a valid work ID or proof of service to be presented the day of the event.”

Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear is located at 2820 Highway Avenue in Highland, Indiana. For more information, visit www.elegancewedding.net, or call 219-923-0977.
