LANSING, Ill. (August 6, 2018) – A late-morning shower deterred some people from attending today’s official ribbon-cutting at Ace Pizza, but those who participated were rewarded with crispy-crusted pizzas, including the Chicken Bacon Ranch specialty pizza, which turned out to be a crowd favorite.

Brothers and co-owners Sal and Israel Ocampo have transformed the former Dariville building on Burnham and Adams into a mini pizzeria that offers a menu full of options for delivery or pick-up—thin crust pizza, stuffed pizza, calzone, specialty pizzas, nine different appetizers, buffalo wings, pasta dinners, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and drinks.

A large menu is posted on the wall inside the building, and take-home menus are available near the cash register. (Photo: Melanie Jongsma)

Ace Pizza is located at 17859 Burnham Avenue. Hours are:

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00am—10:00pm
  • Friday–Saturday: 10:00am—11:30pm
  • Sunday: 12:00pm–10:00pm
